Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Cebu MMA Store (cebummastore.com). We stand behind the quality of our fightwear and training gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Condition of Returned Items

Because of the rigorous nature of martial arts training, we enforce strict condition requirements for all returns:

Apparel & Gis: Must be unwashed, unworn, and have all original tags attached. Gis that have been washed or rolled in cannot be returned or exchanged due to natural fabric shrinkage and hygiene standards. We cannot accept items that show signs of training (sweat, mat burns, chalk, or odor).
Protective Gear: Must be in original, unopened packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances unless they are defective upon arrival:

Mouthguards
Groin cups/guards
Compression underwear
Clearance or Sale items

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

In compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (DTI regulations), if you receive a defective item, or if we shipped the incorrect size/product, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or immediate replacement. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Email our support team at cebummastore@gmail.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
Wait for our team to approve the return and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack the item securely and ship it to: Cebu MMA Store, V. Rama Avenue, Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines 6000

Note: For standard “change of mind” or sizing exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs.

6. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (via our Fiuu payment gateway).

Credit/Debit card refunds typically reflect within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
E-wallet (GCash/Maya) refunds are generally processed within 1-3 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cebummastore@gmail.com and send your item to: Cebu MMA Store, V. Rama Avenue, Cebu City, Cebu, Philippines 6000.
